Scratchpad is a team of experienced builders, operators, and technologists with 5 to 20+ years across startups, enterprises, and technology consulting. We've worked in financial services, branding, healthcare, government services, IT, environment, agriculture, and small business.
We started Scratchpad because we kept seeing the same problems: talented business owners held back by bad tech, broken processes, or a lack of the right support. We knew we could help — not with generic advice, but with the kind of hands-on execution that actually moves things forward.
